Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
Manage and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring all personnel are trained and equipped to work safely.
Monitor work quality and ensure that construction standards and specifications are met, conducting inspections as necessary.
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and adjusting timelines as needed to meet deadlines.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper utilization while minimizing waste.
Identify and address any issues or delays that arise during construction, working proactively to find solutions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, site conditions, and any incidents or issues to upper management.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, changes to plans, and compliance with regulations, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
Min 3 -5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in a construction or healthcare projects
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under tight deadlines.
Willing to relocate to Hong Kong during project duration.
