In-charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions
Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers
Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
Supervise and evaluate staff complete employee reviews keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets provide positive direction to motivate quality performance discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
Requirements
Possess at least a ITE Certificate / Diploma in Engineering / Construction / BCSS or equivalent
Preferably with 4 to 5 years working experience in lift installation
Can do overtime when necessary.
Shall be contactable by means of hand phone at any time of the day (i.e. 24 hours a day, for every day, including Sundays and Public Holidays) throughout the period of the engagement.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and manage ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment
Independent, responsible, organized and able to work under pressure.
