Site Supervisor

Job description

We are looking for a site supervisor with experience in construction sites to run our Solar Panel Installation projects.

Identify any unsafe condition in the worksite or unsafe work practice in the worksite.

Inspection of site daily and take appropriate corrective actions, prepares inspection report for the Project Manager for immediate action

Carry out site programmes, procedures and assist in organising WSHE awareness activities such as tool-box meetings, site orientation, induction, promotional activities, etc.

To conduct risk assessment and identify safety hazards on site

Work closely with safety officer and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance are met

Responsible for all the site matters including safety and other matters

Assist in jobs assigned by superior

Electrical Installation Experience

At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry

Should have experience in managing construction workers

Willing to work in Weekends and Public holidays if needed
