Site supervisor ( steel and metalwork)

Roles & Responsibilities

. Able to understand all construction and shop-drawing.

. Able to understand and planning detailed construction sequence of works.

. Able to hand sketch drawing and provide detail information for project team.

. Able to guide and demonstrate to workers on working method and skill.

. Able to do site setting out work, all site marking, measuring works and check against and update to shopdrawing from time to time.

. Coordinate all site and project matter with client, maincon, subcon, vendors, and any related party.

. Plan manpower, tools, material, machinery, hoisting equipment, access, and necessary safety provision.

. Assign tasks to construction each worker and monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.

. Manage and supervises day-to-day work of the site projects and ensure all job activities are carried out.

. Resolving site issue from time to time and implementing improvements.

. Respond to employee concerns promptly and work with Management to resolve.

. Hands-on works of steel work, metal work, hoisting work or any other activity that supporting project.

. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirement

. Able to work under pressure

. Able to work night shift

. At least 10 years experience as a site supervisor at Construction Site

. 6 days work a week
