Responsible for the on-site maintenance and operations of the bus/taxi shelters and its related inventories, include coordinating all related works or projects with internal and external parties/contractors, for the business activities of Stellar Ace Outdoor.
This role is for day shift as default. However, depending on business situation, there will be at time to switch around to night shift as needed.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of an site supervisor are as listed below. Note that the list is not comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Manage and coordinate maintenance daily activities, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance, and upkeeping of Outdoor advertisement equipment to deliver high systems availability and reliability.
Plan and schedule routine and adhoc maintenance and cleaning activities with internal and external parties - include contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
Supervise, check and monitor progress and quality of maintenance and cleaning activities with contracted suppliers.
Conduct audit and check on cleaning and maintenance activities.
Response to feedbacks (include Public or Authority feedbacks) related to maintenance and cleaning of bus/taxi shelters and coordinate with relevant contractors/suppliers for response and rectification.
Coordinate related activities related to advertising activities for the advertising panels/boards/mediums related to taxi/bus shelters, overhead bridges, passage linkway, etc.
Conduct engineering analysis and investigation of faults in all structural/Civil/M&E and their related systems.
Provide technical advice to the maintenance and operations of outdoor advertisement equipment.
Lead in the recovery and rectification of systems faults.
Undertake projects in equipment modification/retro-fit, condition monitoring and procedure improvement
Undertake any other tasks or functions that are incidental or ancillary to the performance of assigned work.
Responsible for reviewing, implementing, and updating of working instructions and safety procedures related to equipment and its electrical system.
Manage projects and works related to bus/taxi shelters and related activities.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to authorities and internal management.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Dip in Civil Engineering or Building and Estate Management.
3 years relevant experiences in supervision of functional maintenance, painting and traffic control works.
BCA Cert in General Maintenance and Cleaning or in any other relevant field
Must possess a valid driving license, preferably a Class 3. 2A and 2B Driving license may be considered.
Must be comfortable to drive to different sites and preferably have own means of transport (e.g., car, motorbike)
