Site Support Specialist (Inventory Management) / 1 Year Contract / Global MNC / West / No Experience Require

Our client is a Science Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Site Support Specialist (Inventory Management) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of laboratory supplies (consumables, chemicals, reagents) from suppliers to customer stockrooms and points-of-use
• Perform goods receipt in ERP systems upon receiving supplies
• Monitor and adjust stock levels based on usage data, ensuring timely replenishment
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure products are within recommended levels and not expired
• Deliver supplies to customers work areas reliably
• Provide site support for inventory management services as per customer requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in stockroom and point-of-use areas

Requirements/Qualifications:

• ITE or Diploma in Science or related discipline
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
