Site Technical Officer, Sewer Rehab Project

Jacobs Singapore would like to welcome a Site Technical Officer to join our Water team working on exciting Sewer upgrading projects across South and West of Singapore. Jacobs role is The Client's Representative for contract supervision works. Main duties:

• Based on site, working alongside the Project Manager, Engineers, and Public Relation Officers managing stakeholders at the project.
• Carry outstanding supervision of the works in progress on-site.
• Supervising and verifying contractors CCTV video and inspection reports.

To be a successful candidate, you shall possess:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision working experience in sewerage projects will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to obtain Certificate of WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Spaced Operation (previously known as Safety Instruction Course for Supervisors - Manhole (SIC)). Training will be provided.
• Willingness to obtain Certification either under the WRc Sewer Pipeline Assessment and Certification Programme, SgSTT's Pipeline Assessment Certification Programme, or WSQ Certified Used Water Collection Technician. Training will be provided.
