SK13081501 - Senior Accountant (7 Months Contract, Financial Services)

The Company

Our client, an investment management company with their presence in US, Europe and Asia, is currently seeking for a Senior Accountant to assist them for a period of 7 months. This role may be renewable.

The Role

Reporting to the head of department, you will be involved in the day-to-day finance operations such as month end closing activities. You will prepare consolidation of financial reporting packages, review audited financial statements, assist with annual tax filing and corporate secretarial matters such as preparing board resolutions, and you will also prepare payment, monitor cashflow, assist with loan administration, as well as participate in ad hoc related projects.

Your Profile

You possess a degree in finance and accounting or its equivalent, with a professional certification (eg: CPA, ACCA, etc) and bring along with you a minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant space. You have a good understanding of the IFRS, have an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Immediate availability will be advantageous.
