Job responsibilities
- Good knowledge of beauty & wellness treatments and products (skincare)
- Provide professional skincare services, facial services to customers
- Provide professional consultation/advices to customers on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
- Handle customers enquiries with care and patience
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment and supplies are sanitised and readily available for use
- Cross selling beauty therapies and products
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements
- Proven work experience of at least 1 year as beauty therapist
- Able to handle customer's requests and complaints with grace
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Possess relevant locally recognized certifications in the beauty industry
- Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends and PH
