Job Description
- Review the assignment under status TRC-TEAM from debt recovery officers daily.
- Conducts tracings to locate contact details of debtors/customers through search files, media & etc.
- Updating new contact found to system.
- Submit report to Skip Trace Manager to check before sending the final report to Managing Director.
- Acting as a back-up for Skip Trace Manager for submitting weekly report.
- Acting as a back-up for Support Operations email.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Important Note:
As per Debt Collection Act 2022 commencement effective December 2023, individual involved in debt collection must be approved by Singapore Police Force (SPF). Foreigners are required to provide a copy of Good Conduct Certificate.
