Job Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, offering customized loan solutions tailored to their personal and corporate needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, helping to grow the client base and drive revenue generation.
- Assess loan applications by evaluating creditworthiness and associated risks, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate prompt and accurate loan approvals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's loan offerings, enabling you to effectively meet client needs.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences, building new professional connections.
- Keep up to date with market trends and changes in the financial sector, adjusting strategies and services as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in loan sales or relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in loan sales, with expertise in both personal and corporate loan products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Experience in loan application assessment and credit risk analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiar with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Salary: Basic + Commission
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
