The Company

Our global manufacturing client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to support its global operations, with a focus on Cost of Sales, inventory accounting, and the supervision of Accounts Payable processes. This position reports to the Head of Finance and people leadership of a small team, with career growth prospect to advance to the next level.

The Role

This role also involves ensuring compliance with government grant conditions and meeting internal control requirements while contributing to business continuity efforts. Key responsibilities include executing accurate and timely month-end close and forecast reporting, reviewing capital spending processes, and monitoring financial reporting in internal test factory activities. The position also requires collaboration with internal and external auditors, as well as leading process improvement and automation projects, along with any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in Costing or Operations Finance within a multinational setting. Proficiency in accounting and MS Office software is essential, with SAP experience being an advantage. The candidate should be meticulous and organized, solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as a team with people leadership experience to succeed in this role.
