The Company

Our client is a retail firm, seeking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing retail business, focused on the Southeast Asia region. In this role, you will be responsible for regional financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consolidating financial data across multiple markets, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting, while supporting the business in achieving its financial goals.

The Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with regional stakeholders, acting as a business partner to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Your ability to gather, consolidate, and interpret regional financial numbers will be key in driving operational efficiency and profitability. In addition, you will prepare financial reports and provide recommendations to leadership based on your analysis of business trends, market conditions, and financial performance.

Your Profile

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in FP&A, with a proven track record of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally within the retail or consumer goods sector. You will be part of a collaborative team, working to enhance financial transparency and support the continued growth of our business across the SEA region.
