Oversee the smooth running of the day-to-day business operations and administration of the grants to meet programme-level KPIs and audits - cover publicity of grants, review proposals, support service providers on the application of grants, assess proposals, seek approval of the proposals, issue award letter to grantees, monitor progress of funded projects, support grantees in project implementation by sharing practices and linking up with resources, process claim reimbursement, support project variation request, document learnings, support audits of the funds etc.
Drivethe framing and structuring of outcomes and impact reporting and oversees the analyses, preparation and vetting of reports for funders and management.
Partnerservice providers and stakeholders to co-develop solutions aligned to the sector's needs.
Engage funders upstream to cultivate more sustained funding pathways for impactful projects, support new areas of needs and calibrate funding approach to better support grantees as needs evolve.
Establish the culture, system and practice of conducting regular review of internal process to ensure its efficiency, and effectiveness and to minimise risk to AIC.
Conduct/co-conduct with Team Leads regular grant writing and project management workshops for service providers to build capabilities upstream and minimise downstream project governance issues with grantees.
Set targets and coach teams to streamline and automate processes (application, assessment, progress reporting, prioritisation of projects for active intervention, and claim reimbursement) to reduce process waste and errors.
Drive digitalisation efforts for grant administration to improve governance and productivity.
