Snr/ Asst Manager, Healthcare Projects (Facilities & Building) REF: EN

This role will be responsible for providing expertise to support the design, collaborating with the development team to coordinate with stakeholders and consultants, ensuring building projects align with strategic goals and are delivered efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in planning and coordinating architectural, interior design, and MEP requirements to meet project needs
• Guide users through the design, construction, and post-construction stages of building projects, ensuring productive discussions and coordination
• Manage and document user inputs, ensuring requirements are captured, resolved, and approved during design stages
• Track project timelines, liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely gathering and alignment of requirements
• Support budget planning to ensure proposed designs are delivered within approved timelines and budgets
• Ensure structured project administration, policy compliance, thorough documentation, and effective coordination among stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Architectural/ Civil & Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or related to the building industry
• 5 - 7 years of experience, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Proficient in the design, analysis and project management of healthcare facilities and infrastructure
