About The Opportunity
OKX is looking for an experienced marketer to tell our product and brand story across retail, traders, crypto native and institutions through social media and community building efforts.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product marketing, content and partnerships to define and execute go-to-market strategies, product positioning, competitive analysis, and customer engagement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute overall social growth and product marketing plan to align with company goals driving product adoption, growth and social engagement
- Lead product and partnership campaigns across social media, ensuring alignment across product, brand and leadership teams
- Conceptualize, coordinate, and create compelling evergreen social content across our different social channels
- Manage, mentor, and develop the team fostering moving fast while focusing on the big little details, endless curiosity and experimentation
- Partner with cross functional teams, including brand, product, design, legal, and finance to effectively execute marketing moments.
What We Look For In You
- 10 years experience in social media with 5+ years in crypto or fintech
- Understanding of the crypto market, shifting web3 landscape and internet culture
- Experience growing X, TikTok, Instagram, Discors, & Linkedin communities
- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize product marketing and social campaigns
- Ability to context switch and manage multiple concurrent projects with ease
- Excellent leadership and communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Emotionally intelligent
- Leadership qualities - be able to prioritize right and align expectations effectively
