The Social Media Accounts Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events. Handle industry leading clients by creating engaging content & marketing strategies to hit KPIs. Working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that all aspects of the event are meticulously planned and flawlessly executed to deliver exceptional experiences for attendees.
This role requires a range of duties, including but not limited to:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.- Understand clients needs and objectives, and align event strategies accordingly.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event elements are in place.- Oversee venue selection, logistics, catering, audiovisual requirements, and other event details.
Manage event budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Content Creation and Marketing:
- Create compelling content tailored to the target audience and event objectives.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendance.- Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, to reach target audiences.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to achieve KPIs.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each event, such as attendance, engagement, and revenue generation.
Prepare post-event reports evaluating the success of events against predetermined metrics.- Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.
Team Collaboration:- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and creative departments.
Provide support and guidance to team members involved in event planning and execution.
