Role Overview:

The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that communicates Abiel's brand and services across various marketing channels. Working closely with the construction/renovation team and the fundraising team, you will support lead generation efforts targeted at property investors and clients seeking asset enhancement solutions. Your designs will help attract potential investors, communicate the value of our asset enhancement services, and promote our company's growth in the property investment space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visual Content Creation: Design creative assets that reflect Abiel's identity and resonate with our target audiences. Ensure all visuals effectively communicate our services and value propositions.

- Social Media Design: Create engaging visuals for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels. Design posts, banners, and stories that drive engagement and highlight our work in asset enhancement for property investors.

- Lead Generation Campaigns: Collaborate with the fundraising and construction/renovation teams to create visuals and digital materials (ads, flyers, infographics) that support lead generation efforts, targeting potential investors and property clients.

- Collateral for Investor & Client Outreach: Design brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials to support the fundraising team in pitching to investors and communicating asset enhancement opportunities to clients.

- Visual Storytelling: Work closely with the construction/renovation team to create visual narratives that showcase completed projects, highlighting before-and-after transformations and demonstrating how our services enhance property values and investment returns.

- Event & Promotional Materials: Design materials for events and client meetings, etc including posters, banners, and promotional flyers.

- Market Research & Trend Awareness: Keep up to date with the property and construction sectors, and implement fresh ideas to keep Abiel's visuals relevant and impactful.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design & content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in digital and print design.

- Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools. Experience in creating social media graphics, digital ads, and print materials is essential.

- Social Media Expertise: Solid understanding of the best practices for designing content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) that engages audiences and drives interaction.

- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and create design work that not only looks great but also effectively communicates Abiel's value proposition to property investors and clients.

- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring all design work aligns with Abiel's quality standards.

- Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with the construction/renovation and fundraising teams to achieve business goals.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in explaining design concepts and working with cross-functional teams.

- Proactive & Organized: Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for Property & Asset Enhancement: A strong interest in the property investment space and a keen understanding of how effective marketing can attract potential investors and clients for asset enhancement.
