We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our suite of investment products and services
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise & create original content that drives engagement and build communities across multiple social media platforms
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Establish an editorial content calendar, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop content that entertains, engages, and informs
- Create and drive campaigns to increase social engagement and positive sentiment around our platform, helping to build a healthy and thriving community
- Proactively manage relationships with partners to ensure alignment on content and campaign strategies
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Oversee content creation, including social media posts, long-form articles, and live streams, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in marketing, with a focus on public communication and social media strategy.
- Strong understanding of Twitter algorithms and experience managing Telegram communities.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to adjust strategies based on social media metrics.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and comfortable with extended work hours when necessary.
