Jobs Responsibilities
- Assist in developing content strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to drive brand equity and maintain brand integrity.
- Identify industry trends and create content to engage target audiences across platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Manage and engage with the social media community, fostering interaction and timely responses.
- Collaborate with agencies to execute marketing projects within timelines, campaigns, and budgets.
- Shape the brand, stay updated on digital trends, and drive strategic partnerships.
- Work with marketing teams and stakeholders to align and synergize efforts across initiatives.
- Prepare performance reports for social media channels to inform strategic recommendations.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of cross-functional activities.
- Support capability development by organizing peer learning sessions and creating resources like playbooks and SOPs.
Requirements
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or its relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital communications and analytics, social media, content and visual design
- Proven track record in project management
- Proficient in paid media strategies, social media platforms
