Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee social media platform (TikTok) matrix operations, including account positioning, growth strategies, content scheduling and planning, uploading and publishing, copyright management, comment moderation, and public sentiment monitoring.
- Conduct in-depth research on preferences in overseas markets and TikTok's distribution mechanisms to produce videos that align with platform standards and user preferences, creating viral content and driving internal traffic.
- Monitor platform user feedback and respond promptly to maintain a strong brand image.
- Analyze best practices within the industry and track competitor activities to refine and iterate operational strategies.
Position Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the entertainment or content industry, with experience in content operations or overseas social media operations are preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Bachelor's degree and above).
- Familiarity with distribution mechanisms on international short video platforms, along with a strong understanding of content creation and key market trends, is preferred. Proven experience in creating viral content is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English or Mandarin as working language. Proficiency in Thai, Korean, or Malay language would be an added advantage.
