Social Worker

Responsibilities:

• Provide casework and counselling services to clients and their families
• Assess needs of clients and their families and formulate Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
• Provide Information & Referral (I&R) to link clients and their families to appropriate services
• Ensure that the halfway house's Programme meets the mission, objectives and procedures of case management services
• Able to pilot and lead new programme/ group work for clients independently

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic IT (MS Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint) and basic statistical analysis
• Good interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills c. At least 3 years of continuous sobriety
• Degree in Social Work OR Psychology OR Accredited Social Worker OR Accredited Social Service Practitioner, with approximately 2 years in the field
