Job Scope:- Take full ownership and actively manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and key influencer.
Deeply understand the solution and directly connect this expertise to demonstrating customer ROI.- Recognize and nurture opportunities for growth, including up-selling, add-ons, and cross-selling.
Advise customers on optimizing their internal processes, encouraging leadership to implement organizational changes.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless account management and relay valuable customer feedback.
Preferably 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
