Design and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
Create solution designs to address client business, interface and performance requirements.
Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions that include MS CRM, third-party integrations, and customizations.
Create functional requirements and designs for customizations.
Create accurate estimates for implementation tasks.
Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to clients and mentor team members.
Assist in data migration (data mapping) from external systems into MS CRM
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM.
Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation.
Familiarity with the O365 platform, specifically its integration features with Dynamics CRM, including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote.
Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL.
Experience with SSIS or other ETL technologies.
Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints would be advantageous.
Strong written communication skills, especially for articulating technical specifications.
