Job Description

Descriptions:

  • Provide IT technical support on hardware and software issues
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Install operating systems and applications
  • Fulfil ad hoc responsibilities and duties when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Skilled in installing and configurating IT hardware and software
  • Skilled in troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT desktop support work
  • Responsible, organized, hardworking and team player
