Job description: The Client is a leading provider of software solutions that empower organizations to improve customer experience, ensure CUScompliance, fight financial crime, and safeguard assets. combating fraud, and protecting citizens.
Position: Software Engineer
Permanent Position
Open for Australian Citizen and PR only
Salary: Maximum 140K per annum based on the qualification and experience
Location: Sydney (On-site)
Main Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Develop/Configure software features according to design documents & enterprise software standards.
Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts in multi-disciplinary environments using waterfall and agile methodologies.
Conduct unit and functionality testing to ensure adherence to design.
Engage with customers to address technical queries and support user acceptance testing.
Provide suggestions to meet client requirements within the product framework.
Interface independently with various R&D and PS Groups, and Customer Support.
Occasionally work on client sites or in different time zones.
Experience: 4 to 7 Years.
Qualifications / Education:
BE/B.Tech with relevant practical experience.
Proficient in English (verbal & written).
Proven experience in operating within a global environment.
Experience working in complex matrix environments.
Professional Capabilities:
Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and various databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
Familiarity with Unix commands and shell scripting.
Experience in writing stroke procedures and database queries.
Experience in AWS environment preferred.
Knowledge of financial market compliance domain is advantageous.
Experience with Actimize (AIS/RCM/UDM) is a plus.
Familiarity with web applications (J2EE, web & application servers), HTML, JavaScript &
CSS is advantageous.
Ability to analyse information and draw conclusions within the professional space.
Familiarity with coding concepts for high scalability, multi-user, and secure coding.
Experience in Financial Market Compliance / Communication Surveillance Solution is advantageous.
