As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be part of a team in embedded engineering in designing and developing software, tooling, test suites, workflow in order to improve daily activities such as automated test suite, automated delivery (binaries, documents), automated static analysis tool, and configuration management.
Support the design and assist in software and tooling as part of workflow in continuous integration and continuous delivery
Support lead requirements definition, workload estimation, software design, development, testing and integration of software and tools
Aid the continuous product and development methodology improvements
Assist in the improvement of existing technology platform and development methodologies through prototyping
Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering, or related fields
2-5 years of practical experience with software design projects
Knowledge in Embedded C (C++ is considered a plus), Java, C#, Python, Linux, Visual Basic
Proficient in Groovy, Python, Bash Scripting
Familiar with Git/Mercurial, Nexus/Artifactory, Maven, Jira, Jenkins Architecture
Familiar with IT Service processes, guidelines, and best practices
Team player with good communications and collaborative skills
Enjoy thinking out of the box and being creative
You have experience in Product Lifecycle (design and documentation, development, validation refactoring, deployment and maintenance)
It will be considered a plus if you possess the following knowledge
o Software security and cryptography
o Javacard
o Testing methodologies
o Server integration via REST API
o Continuous integration & delivery tool suites
o Static Code Analysis tools
