SOFTWARE ENGINEER – EQUIPMENT PC PROGRAMMING

Work Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Fridays

Our Client is a well-established company in Singapore to serve the semiconductor and electronics industries both local and globally.

Responsibilities:

. Software Design, Development and Maintenance (Equipment PC-based Programming)

. System Implementation, Testing, Debugging and Documentation

. Analyze existing software and identify areas for modification and improvement

. Troubleshooting at customer's site

Requirements:

. Degree in relevant discipline with preferably more than 5 years of experience in software development in the automation industry

. Strong in equipment PC-based programming skills

. Experience in motion control and process control

. Experience in Vision System software development is an advantage

. Knowledge in SECS/GEM standards and implementation is preferred

. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

. Willingness to travel for business on short notice when necessary.
