Provide support, troubleshooting and guidance in areas of SAP Fiori, SAP HCM including OM, PA, TM, Payroll modules and the integration with other systems.
Identify system improvements and enhancements, recommend and implement solution.
Understand business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders for projects and change requests.
Liaise between business and vendors to align the understanding to carry out works related to the support and new projects.
Participate in business transformation journey and improve on business solutions to align with future IT roadmap.
Maintain and support existing in house applications that are non-SAP.
Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant working experience, especially in areas of SAP HCM.
Have completed at least 2 SAP HCM implementation.
Good to have project management skillsets.
Self-starter and take initiatives to work with minimal direction.
