Software Product Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our cloud-based dashboard for robot fleet management and monitoring.
- Identify and analyze the pain points of stakeholders, such as cleaning supervisors, admins, and support teams, to ensure the product meets their needs.
- Design and analyze dashboards to track product success metrics and guide decision-making.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features, manage the product roadmap, and plan development milestones.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development, timely launches, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with the deployment of robots, ensuring successful installation and provide ongoing support and training.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
- Continuously monitor and report on product performance, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in design, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in product management, software development, product design, data analytics, or a related field.
- Experience defining, managing, or launching software and AI-driven features.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL; ability to understand and work with technical software and AI concepts.
- Proven experience in creating go-to-market strategies and managing product timelines to align with business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience working within Agile development processes.
- Capable of creating low-fidelity prototypes to quickly validate ideas and concepts.
- Experience with AI, software integrated products, and robotics is highly preferred.
- Experience with robotics or other hardware products is a plus.
- Certifications like Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
