Responsible for product design of overseas F&B App project including offline and online ordering.
Communicate with product development and operation business teams across borders to promote product development, optimization and implementation.
Collect and analyze customer feedback, and continuously optimize the user experience and interface design of the product.
In-depth understanding of user needs, propose and implement improvement plans.
Have data sensitivity and be good at using data analysis tools to analyze user behavior and market demand.
Continuously optimize product functions and user experience through data-driven decision-making.
Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, able to communicate effectively with global teams and customers.
Possess excellent copywriting skills, able to produce high-quality Chinese and English product documents and marketing materials.
Develop and roll out implementable standard operating procedures (SOP) for SaaS services and store operations to ensure efficient operation of store operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferrably in computer science, information technology, marketing or related fields.
More than 5 years of product management experience with product management experience in overseas markets preferred.
Possess work experience in F&B APP or related industries is preferred.
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with global teams.
Past work experience in overseas brand catering design is an advantage.
In-depth understanding of market dynamics and user needs of catering APP. Ability to formulate effective product strategies.
Familiar with product development processes and agile development methods with excellent project management capabilities.
Ability to use data analysis tools with solid data analysis capabilities and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
