Software Project Manager

We are looking for a Tech Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver development and improvement projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards. This role involves working closely with our Chief Technology Officer(CTO) and leading the Tech and Ops teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

. Lead and manage the execution of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, define project goals, and communicate requirements and desired outcomes effectively.

. Work closely with the CTO to align project objectives and ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

. Develop a thorough understanding of our tech stack and business operations to create comprehensive project plans, including product and workflow breakdowns.

. Use tools such as Gantt charts to manage project timelines and tasks.

. Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of the project scope, budget, and timeline are met.

. Lead and manage the Tech and Ops teams, fostering collaboration and holding them accountable for delivering high-quality products and continuous improvements.

. Promote a positive corporate culture that reflects our core values.

Requirements:

. Expertise in software security is a must.

. Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously monitor and organize time and resources.

. Excellent negotiation skills to set realistic project timelines, quality standards, and resource requirements, as well as to resolve conflicts and maintain team harmony.

. Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage ambiguous situations, and ensure projects are delivered on target.

. A Degree or Diploma holder with 2-5 years of experience in tech project management, ideally within startup environments and software development projects.

. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience using project management tools like Trello is highly desirable.

. Strong Background in solutions architecture.
