Job Description & Requirements
At Success IT, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Software Sales Lead to drive the growth of our automotive dealer management system (DMS) solutions. You'll be responsible for expanding our market presence in Singapore's automotive sector, leveraging our 19-year track record of excellence and innovation in the industry.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our automotive software solution footprint in Singapore
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in car dealerships, financial institutions, and automotive groups
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations of Success Auto Suites
- Understand client business processes and articulate how our solutions can drive operational efficiency
- Collaborate with our technical team to gather customer feedback and influence product development
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for new client acquisition
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospect identification to contract closure
- Stay current with automotive industry trends and competitor offerings
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B software sales experience or automotive industry sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their business impact
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin to serve our diverse client base
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive retail, F&I, or dealership operations
- Previous experience selling DMS or automotive software solutions
- Knowledge of automotive business processes and industry pain points
- Established network within Singapore's automotive sector
- Background in ERP, CRM, or business management software sales
- Understanding of software implementation and integration processes
Compensation Structure
- Commission-driven compensation model with base salary

- Initial 6-month contract with KPI-based conversion to permanent role

KPI Requirements for Permanent Conversion
- Successfully close minimum 3 new automotive clients within first 6 months
