Work with sales leads to understand the customer IT landscape and business priorities to identify and position appropriate solutions.
Determine the best technical solution after due evaluation.
Provide specifications according to which solutions are to define, managed and delivered.
Lead the overall solution across various Service Lines (Enterprise Applications, Custom Software Development, Cloud and Digital).
Develop system implementation plans, processes, solution architectures and technical architectures.
Lead client proposal development and presentations.
Lead solution architecture and delivery of the proposed solution at client projects Build technical design and implementation plan.
Job Requirements:
At least 8 - 10 years of strong solution and delivery experience in Enterprise IT and Digital delivery programs pure project/program management experience will not suffice for this role.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and design, including architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Strong knowledge of technologies such as RESTful APIs, programming languages, CI/CD concepts, cloud hosting practices and big data technologies.
Experience in custom application development (Java, .NET, etc), cloud native / emerging technologies.
Experience with cloud native development solutions (AWS, Azure etc.)
Experience in solution and delivery for clients in Singapore public sector.
Strong relationship management and communication skills, able to navigate organizations and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals.
Ability to dive deep into the solution, and hands-on solution development.
