Singtel x Singapore Institute of Technology have embarked on a Work-Study Programme (WSP) launched in Feb 2023. The WSP is called The Catalyst Programme which is a structured on-the-job (OJT) development WSP that allows Polytechnic Diploma holders to secure a full-time position with Singtel while pursuing a university honours degree in BEng Infrastructure and Systems Engineering. This programme is open to Singtel's internal employees as well as external polytechnic diploma holders preferably from the Engineering domain. Make an Impact by

• Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to support existing and potential customer requirements, helping ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing for and supporting SLA meetings, gathering data and reports as needed.
• Engage in customer meetings, presentations, and workshops to learn about client needs for data center solutions.
• Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to support the design of data center solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide basic support to clients post-sale, assisting with solution implementation and integration, and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams.
• Help coordinate with the maintenance team and clients for major maintenance events.
• Support the preparation of monthly reports by gathering information from the DC Operations team.

Skills for Success

• A diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Services.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal team.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
