Solutions Engineer

The primary role of the Solutions Engineer is to build and support next-gen wireless networking solutions for our customers. They will collaborate with our Sales Team to provide demos and design in supprot for new and ongoing projects. In Addition, the Solutions Engineer will engage with ecosystem partners to build integrations with 3rd party technologies. Behind the scenes, the Solutions Engineer will contribute to our library of application notes, write papers and support documentation.

- Support pre-sales conversations with high importance customers which includes articulating the capabilities of Doodle Labs Technology, System Planning, Integration Support and System Optimization

-Provide Post-sales Technical Support and provide feedback to the development team

-Visit customer sites to provide technical support and deliver training in the field

-Write application notes and support documentation for innovative reference designs

- Help drive product roadmap by collectiing and documenting customer feedback and requirements
