Job Description

Unikey Electronics provides more than 100,000 small and medium-sized enterprise clients in electronic manufacturing industry with full-process and one-stop supply chain services, such as product technical scheme development, electronic component procurement and PCBA manufacturing, covering Automotive Electronics, Industrial Control, Robot, Medical Electronics and other fields.

This position is primarily responsible for directing and coordinating activities in the purchasing

of electronic components.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Can handle the whole procurement procedures: Good understanding with wholesale trading and electronics components trading, to work with the procurement team to ensure that the efficient procurement process and establish a good relationship with suppliers

2. Cooperate with the sales team: Good understanding with the electronics components industry, provide professional COST DOWN solutions and technical support for the sales, and complete the perfect delivery of each order together with the sales

3. Formulate procurement strategies: Sensitively perceive changes in internal and external environments, professional forecasting and analysis, formulate and optimize procurement strategies, and ensure the lowest procurement costs for the company on the basis of ensuring procurement quality and delivery time

4. Supplier management: Have good supplier resources in electronic components industry and good relationships with with suppliers Able to develop more supply channels, strictly control the quality of suppliers, select high-quality suppliers, insist on digging first-hand sources of goods, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and delivery conditions

5. Good relationship with the semiconductor industry's traders, EMS, OEM, rich working experiences in semiconductor industry, and familiar with the process of the electronics components distribution

Job Requirements:

1. Education background: Possess in a related major, such as electronics engineering etc,.

2. Work experience: 5 years or more of procurement experience in the electronic components industry, and more than 3 years of management experience.

3. Skill requirements: proficient in the procurement process, professional in the electronic components industry, able to respond keenly to the shortage of global electronic components supply and make corresponding procurement strategies, have excellent negotiation and communication skills, be good at dealing with problems and decision-making, have leadership.

4. Professionalism: serious and responsible work, good professional ethics, good at teamwork and coordination.

5. Fluent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English.
