Purpose:
Sourcing Consultant to provide effective sourcing services covering local and regional locations primarily in Real Estate & Construction and Facilities Management categories.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Sourcing Consultant will report to Head of Sourcing Manager and will have the following main responsibilities:
- Managing the daily activities within the procurement process, serving as the primary interface with business owners and supplier representatives
- Execute sourcing projects using the client and the internal systems and complying with client's policies and procedures
- Client facing role which requires a candidate with customer centric mindset in understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling customer needs and expectations at every stage of the sourcing process
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drafting contracts based on the client's standard terms and conditions
- Negotiating contractual terms with vendors with support from the Contract Manager, if needed and based on the client's terms and conditions
- Supporting and run RFx, eAuction; creating and managing events in e-sourcing tool
- Adhering to the client's corporate standards, including using the defined sourcing tools and processes in the delivery of sourcing initiatives
- Ensuring the functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives are met
- Proactively looking for optimization opportunities
- Strong preference for background in sourcing experiences in mainly in Real Estate & Construction, Facilities Management.
Profile required:
- Hands-on approach and proactiveness
- Minimum 8 years of exp erience in related sourcing categories
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop positive relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Excellent analytical skills and mindset demonstrating problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
- Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices
- Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organizational levels
- A delivery-focused sourcer and a team player who is comfortable creating their own profile and credibility
- Experience in intermediate Excel (minimum), SAP, Ariba, Powerpoint (preferred)
