Job description:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
At least 1 years experience in cooking / Italian / Western cuisine
Singaporean or PR only.
