Job Description

We are a new Italian Restaurant in Singapore looking for Kitchen staff

Job description:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.

At least 1 years experience in cooking / Italian / Western cuisine

Singaporean or PR only.
