Job Description

Sous Chef

(Location at CBD Area)

-skilled in Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, kushiyaki, Agemono, yakimono, oden)

-some experience in Chuka-Ryori and yoshoku

-experience in Korean cuisine will be bonus

-very good time management, able to multitask

-initiative and proactive in developing or revamping dishes

-responsible for the cost and performance of the Menu

Job scope:

-setting up Japanese station

-preparation work for lunch & dinner

-operation work

-closing Japanese station

Working day: Monday to Saturday

10.30am till late

Public Holiday: Compensate with off in lieu

Probation Salary: $3800
