Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Spa
Position Title: Spa Consultant
- Working Location: Central
Working Hours: 6 days (
- 30 pm to 10.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2200 + Commission (Gross $5000)
Duration: Permanent Role
Handle phone and email queries- Manage treatment appointments
Consult customers before and after treatment
- Upsell spa packages and products
Manage customer complaints- Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained
Manage daily operations in the absence of the Spa Manager
- Ad hoc paperwork and duties as assigned
Basic computer literacy skills
- Able to work weekends and PH
Experience in relevant industry (beauty, spa) is advantageous
