Responsibilities:

. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.

. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of customer service officers and other support staff.

. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all spa areas.

. Ensure the quality of guest services aligns with the spa's standards and client expectations.

. Manage scheduling, coordinate staff shifts, and provide support to staff as needed.

. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

. Promote and educate guests on spa services, treatments, and products to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.

. Assist with inventory management, ordering, and ensuring adequate stock levels.

. Support management with administrative duties, including daily reports and handling payments.

. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and all spa policies.

Requirements:

. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the spa or hospitality industry, with supervisory experience preferred.

. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.

. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

. Knowledge of spa services, products, and wellness trends.

. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

. Basic proficiency in MS Office, scheduling and POS software.

. Certification in spa or wellness treatment is a bonus but not required.

. Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays | 5.5 Days a week
