Job Description
- Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met
- Keep documentation and maintain customers records
- Deliver a variety of facial/massage services in a safe and comfortable manner
- Meet sales goals/targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers
- Acknowledge and respond to customers enquiries, needs and expectations
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services
- Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
- Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from burning/injuring customers)
- Provide high quality customer service
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
- Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
Job Requirements
- Preferably have certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine
- Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin preferred
- Able to commit to working retail hours on weekdays (10.45am-9pm) and
weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)
