SPA THERAPIST

JOB SCOPE:

. Provide consistent professional spa massage (either foot or body) in accordance with spa standards.

. Professionally advise customers on the benefits of the treatments performed.

. Be sensitive to each customer's comfort level and service needs.

. Ensure guest comfort during the treatment by monitoring room temperature, lighting, and music level.

. Enquiring about guests medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.

. Setting up spa and work stations, responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities.

. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.

. Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor.
