Space Planner | AutoCAD & 3D Modeling

• Industry: System Furniture Industry / Modern Office Furniture
• Position: Space Planner (AutoCAD)
• Working Days: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Alternate Half Sat WFH If Rushing Project
• Office Location at Marina Square, Singapore
• Salary Up to $4,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Provides CAD design services in support of client requirements and modifications.
2. Updates and issues CAD space plans.
3. Generates component breakdown for the sales department for quotations and orders.
4. Provides 3D rendering for presentation.
5. Prepares presentation boards.
6. Site audit on existing components, and communicate churn requirements to the customer.
7. To measure the site for space planning.
8. Assists and coordinates mock-up preparation.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma certificate in Interior Design related background.
2. Design and system furniture background experience would be preferred.
3. Must be able to calculation, drawing and familiar to AutoCAD.
