Revenue Accountability
- Define and manage Spares Department KPIs
- Manage product price strategy for Spare Parts
- Monitoring and optimizing procurement, sales order, and other relevant KPIs
Managing Spares Department
- Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the Spares Department
- Managing efficient preparation, coordination and execution of Spare Parts Sales Order
- Ensure the department operates in compliance with established guidelines and procedures
Technical Knowledge
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry standards and practices as well as Company's products and services
- Provide 1st line of technical support to the Spares team and customers
Stakeholder Relationship
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third party vendors
Your Qualification
- Diploma/Degree qualifications or equivalent in any discipline (preferably with engineering or technical background)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in spare parts coordination and procurement
- Previous working experiences in Marine and offshore industry preferred
- Familiar with using CRM database systems or equivalent (e.g. SAP)
- Computer literate with good MS Office skills in word, excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Effective communicator and team player
- Ability to lead and manage a team
