- Conduct assessments using standardise screening tools to evaluate child's strengths and developmental milestones
- Write reports and individual educational plans, evaluate outcome
- Deliver tailored interventions activity to individual needs of child
- Collaborate with early childhood educators to implement and setup suitable classroom environment
- Conduct internal trainings for educators and parents to enhance their understanding and skills to support child's learning
- Liaise and foster relationship with agencies, hospital and therapy centers to support fmailies and children effectively.
- Work with multidisciplinary on screening outcomes and recommendations to proive holistic support to the children.
. Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Learning Support or relevant
- Minimmum 2 years of experience in early childhood sector
- Have a passion in early intervention
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
