Duties & Responsibilities
. Responsible for maintenance and operations of assigned buildings.
. Supervise and manage operations of campus facilities, including attending to work requests, site inspections, meetings, and coordination with stakeholders and contractors.
. Ensure administrative processes in the Facilities Management System are completed promptly.
. Assist in troubleshooting and analysis of building operations matters.
. Support exploration and implementation of projects related to sustainability and digitization of building operations.
. Assist in planning and execution of daily operations as assigned by the Reporting Manager
. Relevant Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management.
Years of Experience
. 3 years of Facilities Management or related experience preferred
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
. Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
. Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
. Attended/ Certified Project Manager
. Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
. Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
. Competent in MS Office applications
