In this role, you will coordinate with contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects, while also supporting the documentation process.

about the job

• Prepare project proposals, quotations, bills of quantities, and specification sheets for customers.
• Monitor sales and project progress, providing timely updates to management.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with global colleagues and customers from diverse business cultures to ensure optimal job performance.
• Coordinate order processing between customers and the Italy headquarters, overseeing the complete logistics process.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including those related to specifications, order processing, and sales coordination.

skills & experience required

• Min Diploma in mechanical/electrical/architectual/design
• No experience required
