We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paediatric Speech Therapist to join our dynamics team in delivering outstanding results for our clients and their families, using the latest research and innovative tools to create customised therapy plans and help us to redefine the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children from Infancy through adolescence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to address a range of communication and swallowing difficulties.
- Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as required.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child's development and educational goals.
- Educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies to support their child's progress at home.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in pediatric speech-language therapy.
- Use our cutting-edge software to manage clients care and deliver on-going therapy.

Requirement
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Speech Language Therapy from an recognized accredited institution.
- AHPC registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professional Council Singapore.
- At least 2 or 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Fresh graduates with hands-on experience in paediatric settings or placements are encouraged to apply, as we value the passion and dedication you bring to the table.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with children and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
